My foundation was shaped during my time at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, where I worked closely with executive leadership, managing VIP portfolios, coordinating high-profile events, overseeing contractual execution, and aligning cross-department teams. That environment demanded composure under pressure, attention to detail, and a constant awareness of what was coming next. Those standards continue to guide my work today.

After many years in hospitality leadership, I made the decision to step away from my role to care for my parents. That season became a defining turning point. While supporting my family, I transitioned into a fully remote role with Rapid Resolution Therapy, where I deepened my understanding of structured communication, operational clarity, and the impact of removing unnecessary complexity from business processes. It reinforced something I now bring into every partnership: when systems are clear, and support is steady, leaders operate with far greater focus and confidence.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of planning and execution. I go beyond task management to build reliable operational infrastructure, protect accuracy in day-to-day execution, and serve as a trusted partner who helps leaders stay aligned with their strategic priorities. On a personal note, I’m a mother of three grown children and a proud grandmother, which has given me a strong sense of perspective, emotional intelligence, and steady judgment - qualities that naturally carry into the way I support the executives I work with. I live in Palm Coast, Florida, where I enjoy the balance of being near the beach, spending time reading, fishing, and, truthfully, working. I genuinely love what I do, and that shows up in the level of care, consistency, and ownership I bring to every partnership.
